We have also established our presence in the Global market.

Coastal Laboratories has a production facility on the Indian Coastline, Located at Graddagunta village, Tada Mandal, Tirupati Dt, Andhra Pradesh -524121, where we manufacture all our Glucosamine hydrochloride & related salts and Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) products.

The industry established in the year 2001. The geographic location of the industry is pretty close to national Highway (NH-5), just a few kilometers away from nearby railway station and around 80kms away from sea and airports of Chennai, Tamil Nadu thereby facilitating efficient transport facilities.

The quality control department at Coastal Laboratories has a well-equipped wet and instrumentation laboratory to monitor the quality of material at all stages right from raw material to the finished products. The Quality Assurance division monitors quality system, as well as system like clean rooms, the water purification plant, personnel movement, material flow and utilities to ensure their compliance to cGMP. The Quality control team has implemented a stability study program in line with ICH guidelines under long-term and accelerated stability conditions.

Coastal Laboratories analytical development scientists have developed and validated cleaning methods to ensure adequate cleaning of all the equipment during product changeovers.

Promoters Profile

COASTAL LABORATORIES is established and promoted by technocrat entrepreneurs Mr. D. Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy and Mr. M. Pratapa Reddy.

Mr.D. Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy pursued M.Sc. M.Phill. in organic chemistry and has more than 35 years of industrial experience in the production of various Active pharmaceutical ingredients & Nutraceuticals and also in QA&QC departments.

Mr. M. Pratapa Reddy pursued M.Sc. M.Phill. in organic chemistry and has more than 35 years of experience in the production of various Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Nutraceuticals.
